Arthur Recruitment is currently working with a leading insurance business based in London to find a talented Risk Governance professional.

This role will see you collaborate closely with the Financial Crime Manager to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and other regulatory matters
  • Supporting the development of the Compliance Framework
  • Offering guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of Compliance training

A strong understanding of Lloyd's and FCA principles, as well as UK, EU, and US sanctions, is essential for success in this role. In addition, prior experience within the London Insurance Market is highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring effective risk governance and maintaining high levels of regulatory compliance. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for risk management, we encourage you to apply.

In terms of compensation, we estimate an annual salary of around £60,000 to £80,000 for this position, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is competitive for the industry and location.
