We are seeking a highly skilled Technical MSP Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a Technical MSP Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technology and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients remotely and face-to-face, ensuring timely resolution of network and system issues.
- Manage and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform regular system monitoring, backups, and maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Escalate and manage complex technical issues to 3rd line support when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and client satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware components to meet client requirements.
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of client environments and issue resolutions, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Experience with Azure AD & Active Directory, Office 365 and applications, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Hyper-V / VMware, Security - Anti-virus, Anti-spam, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Firewalls, Routers, Switches.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
