This exciting opportunity will see you lead a team of experienced recruiters specializing in Qualified & Part Qualified Finance, with a focus on driving performance and creating a strong succession plan.

## The Role

As Interim Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving revenue growth, and developing a strong succession plan. You will work closely with the existing team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase performance.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of experienced recruiters specializing in Qualified & Part Qualified Finance
* Drive revenue growth through effective team management and strategy implementation
* Develop a strong succession plan to ensure the continued success of the team
* Collaborate with the existing team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase performance

## The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Finance Recruitment Manager with a proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth. You will have a strong understanding of the finance recruitment market and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive success.
