**Job Description:**

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Social Work Practitioner to work in Child Protection and Children in Need team in Westminster.

**Main Duties:**

  1. Manage a caseload of 8-12 families providing high-quality risk assessments and interventions.
  2. Provide expertise and leadership to support children and families facing complex challenges.
  3. Support and mentor team members, promoting best practice in child protection and family support.
  4. Prepare high-quality court reports and provide expert testimony.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

A qualified Social Worker with significant frontline experience in Children's Social Services within the UK.

**Estimated Salary:**

£38,500 per annum based on 37 hours per week at £38.50 per hour.
