About the Role

The Shaw Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Manager to join our team. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of participants to empower them into sustained employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of participants to achieve employment outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community organizations to secure job opportunities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to participants to enhance their employability skills
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to meet performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective caseload management and achievement of KPIs

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven track record of working to targets and KPIs
  • Experience in managing and progressing clients or customers to meet agreed goals and ambitions
  • Knowledge of the local labour market
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
