This role is part of our MASH Team in Aylesbury, where you will work with a dedicated team to provide high-quality social work services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as an Assistant Team Manager in the MASH Team, providing leadership and guidance to team members
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social work strategies and policies
