Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse (D4) (Band 6) - Orthopaedic Trauma - Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

The role is a key function supporting the team for the optimal care of our patients. The delivery of high-quality, effective, and compassionate healthcare to the patients of the Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust is the most important objective for the organisation.

An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent Deputy Charge Nurse/Sister within the Trauma Orthopaedics Ward D4.

D4 ward is a 32-bed Trauma Orthopaedic ward. We predominantly care for patients with Neck of Femur injuries. We have a strong focus on multidisciplinary team working, which helps to ensure a complete approach to patient-centered care. We are looking for applicants who have a passion to embrace new and innovative ways of managing change and believe that the patient experience is central to care delivered.

There are good opportunities for your continuing professional development within Hampshire Hospitals, and this will be supported and encouraged by the Clinical Matron and Senior Ward Sister.
