Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Field Sales Executive with a passion for sales, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset and a driven, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales within the FMCG industry, with experience working with Tesco Express being highly desirable.
Job Description:This role is centered around delivering growth within Central London Multiple Grocers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose & Co-op. Key responsibilities include building relationships with Area Managers, Store Managers, and Store Staff; ensuring optimal merchandising of LOVE CORN products across all pack formats; activating incremental secondary displays in store; policing planogram implementation and promotional activation; driving brand awareness through maximising Availability, Visibility, Display & Value (AVDV); and coordinating in-store sampling with Brand Ambassadors.
Key Skills and Experience:- Proven experience in a field sales role within FMCG or similar markets
- Familiarity with Tesco Express operations and requirements
- Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational abilities, including managing own diary and maintaining punctuality
- Experience in placing Point-of-Sale material to drive territory growth
- Able to create efficient journey plans and effectively utilise sales, marketing, and category data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional individual
- Competitive salary based on experience (£40,000-£55,000)
