Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process in the South West Region, covering our developments in Devon, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to meet with Sales Executives, monitor their performance, and address any issues.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies.
- Manage sales standards onsite, including review of 'Mystery Shopper' reports.
About You
We are looking for a talented and target-driven individual with previous managerial experience in sales, preferably within a new homes, estate agency environment, or a medium-sized housebuilder. You should have a strong understanding of our market and customers.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- High level of computer literacy.
