As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a pivotal player in shaping the future of this high-growth business. This is your chance to drive key financial strategies, work alongside dynamic teams, and bring your expertise to a business that is fully committed to innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for project costing and contract management.
  • Lead financial analysis for profit centres, reporting monthly to the Head of Finance.
  • Support operational teams by providing financial expertise during the tendering and project cycles.
  • Contribute to the creation of stress-tested cashflow forecasts to enable strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure financial compliance with contract terms.
  • Own the financial side of large, exciting projects, collaborating with the senior team to ensure the business meets its ambitious targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified Finance Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong stakeholder management skills will be key given the high profile and very visible nature of this role. Excellent Excel skills, including the ability to use financial models, would also be advantageous.
