We help single Londoners by preventing homelessness, providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and being a voice for change. From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 10,000 lives every year across all 32 boroughs.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented leader to cover our Head of Learning and Development role on a full-time, temporary basis to cover maternity leave. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our learning and development function to ensure that our people learn the skills and gain the knowledge they need to do their best work with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff

• Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals to deliver high-quality training programs and resources

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify learning needs and develop solutions to address them

• Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and relevant to our staff's needs

• Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary starting at £45,510 and rising incrementally to £48,485 (pro rata), as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented leader with a passion for learning and development. You will have a strong track record of leading and managing teams, developing and implementing learning and development strategies, and designing and delivering training programs.
