About the Role

The New Business Sales team is the engine driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. As an Account Executive, you'll be an elite salesperson with strengths covering the sales cycle, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. You'll own your market segment with a solution-oriented approach and use your know-how to grow our customer base at lightning speed.

We're seeking an exceptional Account Executive to provide an outstanding experience for our customers. You'll identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach prospects across multiple touch points and channels, emphasizing cold-calling
  • Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospect base, and maintaining consistent activity levels
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Liaise with customer relationships and Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience, from onboarding to daily usage
  • Work autonomously to effectively balance time, activate internal resources, and engage your team
  • Utilize solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition
  • Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed by relevant, compelling case studies
Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
  • 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
  • A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to help outside of your main job to ensure customers have a great experience
  • Curiosity and an attitude of a quick data-oriented learner who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Effective time management and organization skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administration
