Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA Growth Platforms team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and innovation across our Herbs, Spices, and Seasonings portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a 3-year strategy for Herbs, Spices, and Seasonings, shaping the product pipeline and activation plan for the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and renovation, from ideation to execution and Go-to-Market.
  • Manage a team of two direct reports, empowering them to lead and drive their areas of responsibility.
  • Develop and deliver regular business presentations to key stakeholders and senior leaders across local markets, the regional, and global teams.
  • Monitor category and NPD performance across the EMEA region, leveraging ongoing business analytics and consumer trends research.
  • Support NPD and renovation post-evaluations with actionable insights and build learnings into future plans.
  • Partner closely with category management, sales, and omnichannel representatives across markets to define optimum channel strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful experience working within FMCG innovation and brand-building at a relevant level.
  • Strong experience in line management, supporting and empowering team members to grow and develop.
  • Curious, data-driven, and analytical, with expertise in NPD and renovation.
  • Full mix marketing experience, with the ability to understand the overall picture and influence of various marketing levers.
  • Consumer-centric, with a natural ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything.
  • Passion for food and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
