Remote Customer Service Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our bereavement team as a Remote Customer Service Administrator. This role involves supporting customers with the finalization of their estates after a loved one has passed away.

As a Remote Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing legal paperwork, and verifying documentation. You will also be required to assist with Inheritance Tax queries and provide full administration support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers via telephone, letter, and email to provide a first-class service
  • Scanning ID and verifying documentation onto our in-house system
  • Processing legal paperwork and death certificates
  • Completing the closure of accounts and payments
  • Assisting with Inheritance Tax queries
  • Providing full administration support at all times
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • First-class communication skills
  • Experience working in a sensitive or empathetic manner
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
