Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop the Retail Team: Drive and motivate your team to achieve individual and store targets, lead by example on the shop floor and back of house, and develop the skills and knowledge of your team members.
- Manage Store Operations: Accountable for following company guidelines on policies and procedures, visual merchandising, commerciality, stock control, and loss prevention, and manage the execution of the retail game changer in your store.
- Customer Experience: Deliver total customer satisfaction via our service model and boost sales through the customer experience, using advanced sales techniques to achieve results.
- Store Scheduling and HR: Coordinate rota and store scheduling, minimize losses by implementing, monitoring, and tracking all procedures of loss prevention, and manage in-store HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development of the store team.
- Communication and Feedback: Proactively share internal and external feedback to Senior Management and perform any other duties as required from Senior Management.

- Loss Prevention Knowledge: Knowledge of loss prevention procedures and a commitment to minimizing losses.
- Retail Knowledge: A passion for retail and achieving sales targets, with high knowledge of retail KPIs and a desire to learn and develop.
- Maths and Operational Skills: Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes, including knowledge of POS register systems.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Retail Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the retail market and consumer trends, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Remote Management: Comfortable with being remotely managed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
