Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our retail stores and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing store operations, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and managers
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting sales and customer service targets
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven Leadership Experience
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong business acumen to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
