We are seeking a Crisis Support Worker who can deliver one-to-one support to clients over the telephone or face-to-face at our Bradford Hub. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, non-judgmental, and passionate about supporting individuals to create positive changes in their lives.
The Role:- Deliver one-to-one support to clients in need
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients experiencing distress
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach
- Salary: £12.00 per hour (£13.14 per hour on completion of a successful probation period)
- Pension scheme
