Service Care Solutions is recruiting a highly skilled Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a well-established London Borough Council, providing exceptional development and growth opportunities.

The role involves managing a diverse caseload of contracts, including procurement for repairs, major works, and various agreements. As a Contracts Lawyer, you will provide expert advice on public procurement regulations, construction law, JCT building contracts, contracts for goods and services, frameworks, and local authority governance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A qualified Solicitor (England and Wales), Barrister (England Wales), or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in public procurement and contracts.
  • A strong understanding of construction law and public procurement regulations.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
