We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Learning Mentor to join our vibrant and forward-thinking learning community. Our academy is committed to providing students with diverse Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) with the opportunity to DISCOVER new learning experiences and opportunities.

As a SEMH Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering intervention programs to designated students, collaborating with teachers and SENCO, and assisting students in reintegrating into lessons. You will also create and manage behaviour profiles to establish individual behaviour targets and monitor targets, communicating with teachers.

Our academy is dedicated to guiding each pupil towards their learning journey, ensuring they enjoy an environment that optimizes their learning experience. We believe in providing students with the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
