About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B)

About You

We're looking for a positive and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
