About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing business and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient parcel delivery
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

About You

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. As a Collection and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will also need to be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Ability to work a Saturday-only schedule with opportunities for overtime
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
