Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare

  • At least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements
