About the Role:

Sales Director
Currys is a leading retailer of technology, and we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our team of sales professionals. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, setting goals and objectives, and providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
