Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking for a supply chain, logistics & channel coordinator.

Lakeland cosmetics has been manufacturing cosmetics and pet care products for over a decade in our factory in Workington.

Our products are sold in Asda, wilko, the range, pets at home, superdrug and many more. This is an office based role in our Workington factory.

Duties include:

- Monitoring amazon and EBay e-commerce channels this will include answering messages and dealing with complaints from customer. Creating cases and resolving issues with listing errors. Organising and creating shipping plans for the production team. Maintaining high performance metrics and feedback. Tracking weekly and monthly sales and reporting to director.
- Stock planning and management
- Forecasting and ensuring stock is sent into FBA and 3PL warehouses in the UK and worldwide
- Using tools to lookout for changes in channel listings and potential hijacking of them.
- Monitor, update and manage amazon listings. Constantly looking to make improvements to increase sales on listings
- Liaise with 3pl warehouse, control and monitor stock using their software. Negotiating pricing for storage and shipments.
- Have full end to end ownership of shipments oversees, dealing with paperwork and customs entry.
- Working closely with production planning team to ensure stock is manufactured on time
- Liaise with our shipping carriers to negotiate rates and monitor price increases
- Have excellent IT and Microsoft excel skills. This role will include extracting data into excel and running reports
- Responsible for booking in shipments with our major retailers
- Will be required to undertake other office admin duties and support the operation manager
- Help out with ordering raw ingredients and components for production
- Proven track record as either a supply chain coordinator, fulfilment manager, data analyst, IT engineer or senior admin officer
- Excellent IT and Microsoft Excel skills
- Be commercially aware and good multi tasker
- Be able to work to deadlines and resolve issues or errors in the supply chain quickly
- Problem solver who can work quickly and make decisions
- Amazon experience would be preferable but full channel training will be given
- Be able to negotiate with suppliers

£28,000-£34,000 depending on experience

25 Days holiday plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
