Main Responsibilities- Undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties to deliver agreed plans of care.
- Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients come first.
- Work with the team to triage patients and facilitate the waiting room.
- Ensure patients receive high-quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs, and doctrines.
- Act as an advocate for patients within the ward/department, ensuring a patient-oriented approach to the delivery of care.
- Evidence of a General Education (e.g., GCSEs or equivalent).
- NVQ 2 in Healthcare/QCF Diploma in Health Level 2 or equivalent in the area of specialty or an equivalent level of working experience within a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience of taking clinical observations.
- Knowledge of Manual Handling of patients, using lifting aids.
- Some experience of working as a Healthcare Assistant in a Hospital or Registered Care setting.
- Customer Care Experience.
