We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer requirements are met
- Advise customers on cost, time scale, and what will happen during the service process
- Work with a busy independent garage to deliver high levels of customer service
- Have previous motor trade experience and a strong customer service background
- At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade / car dealership as a Service Advisor
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
