About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Travel Retail Beauty Advisor to join our team at Penhaligon's store in London Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing our iconic fragrances to customers and matching them with their perfect scents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a luxury experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances, including their ingredients and olfactive methods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an airport retail environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal). Other languages are a plus.
