Responsibilities- Work closely under the direction of the Quality Manager.
- Communicate quality issues with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare First article inspection reports.
- Lead/support RCCA activities and the NCR process dealing with non-conforming products while implementing robust corrective actions.
- Generate, implement, and maintain procedures, processes, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Review and manage customer specifications.
- Manage the calibration system.
- Conduct Internal audits to schedule.
- Support customer and regulatory audits.
- Support the reporting of KPIs.
- AS9100 Internal auditor certification.
- Previous experience as Quality engineer in the aerospace industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AS9100 QMS requirements.
- IT Literate.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- A clear commitment to our company values of purpose, excellence, innovation, and team culture.
- Working knowledge of NADCAP framework and accreditation process.
- Lead Auditor accreditation to AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- HNC/HND in engineering or equivalent combination of work and experience.
