RF Hardware Engineer Opportunity

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced RF Hardware Engineer to join its successful Assured Position, Navigation and Timing (APNT) team within the Global Sensors Mission Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating RF GPS/GNSS Anti-Jam Systems for the military market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF hardware systems for GPS/GNSS Anti-Jam applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF hardware with software and mechanical components
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and reports for project artefacts and deliverables
  • Utilize Microwave simulators (Cadence preferred), PCB layout, and Mechanical modelling tools to optimize RF hardware performance
  • Travel throughout the UK, Europe, and the US to support project requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Degree in related subject, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Proven experience in a product design and development role, within an Electronics Product Environment
  • Familiarity with circuit simulation (MATLAB, LT Spice) and thermal analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate outcomes at all levels
