About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Riverside. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers daily to build trust and encourage participation in activities and services.
  • Work with customers to raise awareness of local services and facilities, promoting access to training, education, and employment opportunities.
  • Conduct support planning and risk assessments for high-need customers, collaborating with Support Officers as needed.
  • Assist in arranging and facilitating group sessions or activities, working closely with Specialist Support Officers.
  • Collaborate with community agencies to ensure customers receive appropriate advice and support.
  • Ensure key performance targets are met and customer records are up-to-date.
