As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the maintenance of our properties, and coordinating various activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our retirement developments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
- Coordinate and organize various activities, events, and services to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and other team members as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the maintenance of our properties is carried out to a high standard, and any issues are addressed promptly.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role or in a related industry, such as retirement living, social housing, or hospitality, would be advantageous.
