Role Overview:

White Goods Service Technician
Currys is seeking a skilled White Goods Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods appliances in customers' homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading retailer of technology and appliances, and to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, diagnose, and repair white goods appliances in customers' homes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve service targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of white goods appliances and their technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in white goods repairs and maintenance.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
