About the Role

As a Construction Site Development Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting Site Managers in completing projects and assignments. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Health and Safety Inductions for site personnel
  • Ensure subcontractors adhere to their method statements and risk assessments
  • Assist Site Managers with day-to-day activities on site
  • Participate in meetings with trades personnel
  • Liaise with the office for document management and updates on drawings and details

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
