Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Structural CAD Technician to join our team. As a Structural CAD Technician, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and models for a variety of building structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships by producing high-quality drawings and models.
  • Collaborate with Structural Engineers to ensure accurate and detailed designs.
  • Liaise with contractors and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and answer queries in a timely manner.
  • Attend site meetings to ensure project progress and address any concerns.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and lead projects as you grow in your role.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in a construction-related field.
  • Experience with standard software, including AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the design process and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Experience with Revit is desirable but not essential.

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 + package, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a well-established and growing company in the industry.
