Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Structural CAD Technician to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary practice, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and models for a variety of building structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, producing high-quality details and drawings for building structures.
  • Collaborate with Structural Engineers to deliver detailed drawing, detailing, and modelling duties for clients across the region.
  • Support and guide junior members of the drawing team, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Attend site meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Take on increasing responsibility, leading projects and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in a construction-related field.
  • Experience with standard software, including AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the design process and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Experience with Revit is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer:

Pertemps TM offers a competitive salary, ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
