About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to service users, ensuring they receive the necessary support to achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate group sessions and workshops, promoting a sense of community and connection among service users.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless referrals and access to relevant services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, carers, and community members, promoting a culture of recovery and wellbeing.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions, applying this knowledge to inform your work and improve outcomes for service users.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working in a similar field. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good IT skills and the ability to work independently.

You will be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and stakeholders. A good working knowledge of mental health interventions and services is essential, as is the ability to manage change and prioritize the needs of service users.
