Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Quantum Care, a leading provider of care services in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing them with the care and support they need to live fulfilling lives.

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar care environment (not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Age 18 or over
