We are seeking a skilled Activity Coordinator to join our team at Laurel Court, Didsbury. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a programme of activities that cater to the social needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate group activities that promote social interaction, engagement, and stimulation among residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior team to identify and address the social needs of residents, as outlined in their care plans.
  • Maintain and promote activities that are enjoyable and stimulating for older adults.
  • Ensure that activities are accessible and inclusive for all residents.
Requirements:
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
