Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support students aged 3-19 at our all-through SEND school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and group support to students with varying SEND needs.
• Assist with managing challenging behaviour and supporting social and emotional development.
• Support the delivery of Forest School activities, encouraging student interaction with nature.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement personalised learning plans.

Requirements:
• Experience working with SEND students, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, or PMLD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students thrive.
