Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service Manager Role
The Children's Society is seeking an experienced and skilled Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service Manager to lead our Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with experience of working with children and young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties.
The Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service provides a range of support to young people, including drop-in sessions and one-to-one support. The service is designed to empower young people to take control of their emotional wellbeing and to provide a safe and supportive environment for them to talk about their feelings and concerns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the service, managing a team of staff, and developing and implementing new initiatives to improve the service. They will also be responsible for working in partnership with other agencies and organisations to ensure that the service is meeting the needs of young people in Leeds.

Requirements
- Experience of working with children and young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties
