Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Clark Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to generate qualified applications
  • Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and arrange interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare interview materials and provide support to hiring managers
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports
  • Support initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of construction roles and skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
