Treasury Assistant

SF Recruitment is partnering with a leading business in Derbyshire to fill a Treasury Assistant position. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering full-time flexible hours with 2 days of remote work. We are seeking an experienced candidate with exposure to multi-currencies and either accounts payable or treasury experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Process daily banking transactions and collaborate with other supporting teams.
- Prepare regular and urgent payments and produce remittance advice.
- Verify and book Foreign currency forward contracts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations from bank statements to accounting systems.
- Administer mandate changes and banking access requirements.
- Prepare data for cash flow forecasting, liaising with other business units to obtain accurate forecast data and presenting to the financial manager for final approval.
- Monitor and post direct debit payments.
- Manage daily deposits and loans.
- Support expenses processing and reporting.
- Verify and post credit card payments.
