Facilities Management Specialist

This is a mobile, customer-facing role covering the East Anglia and surrounding area. The core nature of the work will be to coordinate and oversee sub-contracted installations at sites.
The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience of commercial installation projects, particularly in aluminium window and door installation. Knowledge of Schüco and Kawneer products is advantageous.
As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe installation of products at sites, in line with contract specifications and timescales. You will also be required to attend pre-start meetings, agree on installation sequences and methodologies, and identify faults or issues that need to be escalated.
You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and wider team to ensure efficient installations that meet contract specifications and timescales. Additionally, you will assist with handovers of completed work and provide support to the installation and fitting teams as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service skills, experience working in a customer-facing environment, and the ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role. You will also need good time management skills, good communication skills, and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
