Key Responsibilities:- Transport passengers in a safe and caring manner
- Provide care duties associated with transport services, such as assisting passengers to prepare for the journey and to and from the vehicle
- Ensure passengers reach their destination safely on group trips
- Work as a team with the Passenger Assistant (where one is provided) in the delivery of the service
- Operate the vehicle passenger lift to enable passengers to board and alight from the vehicle
- Ensure the safe application of seatbelts, wheelchair clamps, and straps and other specialist equipment
- Carry out vehicle checks, fuelling, and cleaning as required by Integrated Transport procedures
- Completion of records as required by Integrated Transport procedures
- Valid driving license
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move passengers as required
