Job Summary:
Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Consulting Division's business development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, building strategic relationships, and developing high-quality solutions to win new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive consulting sales strategy aligned with Bellrock's commercial goals and objectives.
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages innovation and goal attainment.
- Take ownership of the entire sales and bidding cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Identify and expand our current service lines into our existing customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the consultancy sector, expanding the client base in target sectors and increasing revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting accurately and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets, as well as team performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, technology use, and competitors' activities to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- Utilize market insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential niches for growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to tailor solutions that align with their specific requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Communications, and Finance, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with senior colleagues, providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Build value propositions with our in-house technology brand (Concerto) and consultancies within the group.
- Continuously assess and refine the sales and bidding process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Implement best practices and leverage technological tools to streamline sales and bidding operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA desirable).
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the facilities management industry.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM software (or similar) and other sales-related tools.
