Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive consulting sales strategy aligned with Bellrock's commercial goals and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages innovation and goal attainment.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales and bidding cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Identify and expand our current service lines into our existing customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the consultancy sector, expanding the client base in target sectors and increasing revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting accurately and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets, as well as team performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, technology use, and competitors' activities to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Utilize market insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential niches for growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to tailor solutions that align with their specific requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Communications, and Finance, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior colleagues, providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build value propositions with our in-house technology brand (Concerto) and consultancies within the group.
  • Continuously assess and refine the sales and bidding process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Implement best practices and leverage technological tools to streamline sales and bidding operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA desirable).
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership within the facilities management industry.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM software (or similar) and other sales-related tools.
