We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Branch Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of stock in and out of our stores, while maintaining full price and outlet store capacities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Merchandiser in assortment planning for a UK/EU region.
- Develop and analyze store reports to understand customer needs and trends across diverse markets.
- Provide support to stores through video calls and regular visits, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Build and manage store stock packages for new stores, tailored to their individual market.
- Assist the Branch Merchandiser with setting up tiering and grading, and IAQs at the start of the season.
- Manage in-season allocations, stock cover, and availability.
- Present in trade and store meetings across the week.
- Develop strong relationships with other business functions, such as supply chain, regional and store management, store operations, product teams, and visual merchandisers.
- Experience in a branch merchandising or merchandising function.
- Fluency in a second European language desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to read and analyze reports.
- Ability to produce ad-hoc reports reviewing cover and ROS.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Good grasp of core merchandising terminology and calculations.
- Excellent Excel knowledge, including key functions such as lookups and conditional sums.
