Apprenticeship Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Programme Manager to join our MTC Training Team in Coventry, overseeing the management and development of apprenticeship programmes.

This role involves managing physical learning resources, teaching spaces, and training staff to ensure effective delivery of apprenticeships and satisfying Awarding Body requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of apprenticeship programme delivery at level 2, 3, and HNC.
  • Development of innovative teaching and learning experiences within apprenticeship trailblazer standards.
  • Coordinating with industry partners, academic institutions, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of apprenticeships.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate with:

Essential:

  • Industry-related qualifications such as L3 Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or Degree.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSE's in Maths and English grade C or above.

Desirable:

  • CAVA or equivalent assessor qualifications.
  • Recognised Training/Teaching Qualification.
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
