Role Overview

RISE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing how individuals' disabilities or conditions affect their work life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to assess individuals' functional abilities.
  • Produce concise, accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).
  • Connect with individuals both face-to-face and via telephone/video, ensuring a compassionate and sensitive approach.
  • Work independently but as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, giving you the time and support needed to deliver precise assessments.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NMC Level 1 Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months broad-based clinical post-registration experience within the past 5 years.
  • Skills: Strong oral and written communication, IT proficiency, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Attributes: Self-aware, honest, empathetic, and motivated to provide quality customer service.
