Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Crossroads Truck & Bus Limited. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workshop Management: Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, meeting the company's quality control standards.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, meeting their needs and expectations.
  5. Health and Safety: Oversee the health and safety of all staff and customers in the workshop.
  6. Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Commercial Background: A commercial background within the parts or service industry is essential.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions is essential.
  4. Leadership Skills: Well-developed leadership skills are required, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  5. Computer Skills: Computer skills are advantageous, with the ability to use software and systems to manage workshop operations.
  6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are required, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  7. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required, with the ability to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
