ATM is one of the UK’s leading landscaping, highway maintenance, fencing and vegetation management/maintenance contractors.

We are seeking to recruit a Ganger who can work on their own initiative to carry out scheduled workings on a variety of sites whilst leading the field teams to ensure a high quality service is being delivered.

**Duties**
- Ensure field teams deliver safe, productive and profitable work on a daily basis
- Manage, organise and motivate field teams to deliver exceptional service
- To ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures including undertaking of point of work risk assessments and other site safety documentation as required
- Ensure all vehicles and plant are fit for purpose and any defects reported as per company policy
- Provide accurate information regarding work operations and completions to the Works Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Landscaping or Arboriculture experience is essential
- Experience of leading a team
- CSCS Card
- Full UK driving license as travel is involved
- NPTC - Chainsaw, Strimmer, Chipper

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
